Kathy is the Singing Grief Coach; is a National Certified Health and Wellness Coach, specializing in the following issues:

• dealing with grief and loss
• support for caregivers (Alzheimers and other forms of Dementia)
• issues related to growing up in an alcoholic/dysfunctional family, ie self-esteem, grief, stress management, inner child.

Kathy is also a student of A Course in Miracles and The Way of Mastery. If you would like support applying the principles of these teachings in your daily life, Kathy is excited to walk with you as a fellow traveler.

Life can be challenging. Whether you are dealing with stress, or are experiencing the grief of losing a loved one or losing something important to you or perhaps are dealing with the effects of being raised in a less than functional household, you need a partner to walk with you, guiding and supporting you as you find your way through these challenges to a place of greater balance, health and freedom.
